Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At Fuelroots Microgreens, every order is harvested and packed fresh to ensure maximum nutrition and flavor. Since our products are perishable and time-sensitive, cancellations are accepted only within a limited window.

2. Order Cancellations by Customer

• You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided harvesting or packaging has not started.
• Once the order is confirmed for harvest, packed, or dispatched, cancellations will not be possible.
• For prepaid orders, eligible cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Cancellations by the Company

• Product unavailability due to harvest or supply constraints.
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer.
• Payment issues or suspected fraudulent transactions.
• Delivery location outside our serviceable area.

If your order is cancelled by us, a full refund will be processed immediately to the original payment method.

4. Bulk or Subscription Orders

• For large or recurring (subscription) orders, cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
• Once confirmed for harvest or processing, such orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

5. Modification of Orders

• Minor modifications (like address or delivery time changes) can be accepted before dispatch, subject to feasibility.
• Requests for modifications can be sent via info@fuelroots.com or by calling our support number.

6. Refund Timelines

• Approved refunds for valid cancellations will be initiated within 7–10 business days.
• Refund times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
